It's Harley Time!

Can you believe we are starting Week 3 of TSBR's Extreme Make-Over: Harley Edition.

That's right today marks day 14 of Harley's freedom from his prior owners that starved and deprived him of care and comfort, leaving him on deaths door step.




Each day for Harley is a gift to him, and to us! It's also a constant reminder of our greater purpose in this life...to love and ensure that the animals we care for in our homes and communities never see the circumstances our Sweet Yellow Boy did. It takes each one of us to stop the abuse of animals in our society and each one of us to help heal the fragile spirits and frail bodies of those that make it out.
We hope you will join us on this journey.

Our awesome team Rickords Animal Hospital is getting creative to make sure Harley keeps up with his meals so he has the best chance at recovering that lost muscle mass in hopes to aid his kidneys in recovering.

As you can see from their meal time video, taken today...Harley thinks extra attention is way better than that boring metal bowl.

We hope to have blood work and his foster plan update soon, so stay tuned. For now Harley says...
